Our Gentle Easy Going Pilates Classes are designed to cater for thoise who have not exercised in a while, or are recovering from injury or illness. We will give you exercises suitable for you.
There is up to a maximum of 12 people. We provide all equipment including; mats, resistance bands, spikey balls, small balls and small hand weights as necessary.
If you have any existing or recent health issues that you are unsure about, it is advisable to contact your G.P. or therapist on the suitability of starting Pilates. In some cases, it may be beneficial to have a 1 to 1 private lesson prior to joining the group classes.
