This new group matwork lesson is designed to be of benefit to those recovering from illness, injury, those resuming exercise after a long absence or those with specific conditions who have been advised to exercise gently.
The pace will be careful and unhurried. Attendants can spend a period of time improving their fitness and getting stronger and then choose to either continue or switch to one of the other lessons to progress further.
