Pilates Matwork Classes are designed for those who are new to Pilates. The class will progress on to more challenging exercises as your body responds to the Pilates technique.
It is a general class suitable for most people in reasonable health. The maximum number is 12 people per class. All equipment is provided by us; including mats, resistance bands, spikey balls, small balls and small hand weights as necessary.
If you have any existing or recent health issues that you are unsure about, it is advisable to contact your G.P. or therapist on the suitability of starting Pilates. In some cases, it may be beneficial to have a 1 to 1 private lesson prior to joining the group classes.
